Meet Mary Thompson
Mary Thompson is the owner and founder of Trajectory Forward, a company that provides consulting, training and development. More recently, she started Flight Deck Life School (www.flightdecklifeschool.com) to help people find their callings, recognize and develop their God-given potential, and learn to apply their faith for a more fruitful and fulfilling everyday life.

More recently, she started Flight Deck Life School (www.flightdecklifeschool.com) to help people find their callings, recognize and develop their God-given potential, and learn to apply their faith for a more fruitful and fulfilling everyday life.
Mary served as a volunteer for 30-plus years in children’s ministry. The impact of servant leadership in her own life led her to write and administer training programs to motivate and empower those desiring to serve in kids ministry. Additionally, she helped architect and direct an internship program that targets leadership development and caters to adults of all ages and stages who hunger to grow in their purpose and calling.
Mary is happily married to Brent, her best friend, for 37 years. Her favorite job is being mom to her four kids, all of whom are now adults, though she lives in (a little bit of) denial about that. As a parent, Mary knows firsthand about: adoption, public school, private school, homeschool, applying to college, and dyslexia.
Mary is Myers-Briggs (MBTI) and Strong Interest Inventory certified and has written a career exploration course using these and other materials.
Passionate about studying and teaching practical, actionable Bible truths, Mary brings a warm and relatable approach to her presentations, inspiring individuals to embrace personal growth and fulfill their potential.
